Our Impact
At the Ficos World Foundation we are tremendously proud of the opportunities we have provided to young people and businesses over the years. Since our founding, we have helped countless young people discover and fulfill their potential by facilitating workshops, work experiences, insight days, and financial grants that support personal growth and development. We have also forged strong partnerships with councils, companies, and schools - collaborating on initiatives that create real change in young people's lives and channel hardship into productivity.

As an impact-driven foundation, we have helped over 2,000 disadvantaged youth, hosted more than 140 empowering events, and funded over 500 dynamic youth business ventures over the years through our community initiatives.
The transformations we witness in the individuals we work with never cease to inspire us. From a young person landing their dream internship, to an adult reflection on how our programs set them on the path to success – the stories of progress encourage us every day. As an organization founded on addressing trauma and promoting healing, every achievement we enable, big or small, motivates us to drive forward.
