Many of Ficos young friends suffered serious trauma, hate and thoughts of retaliation. Our foundation was a response to a lack of leadership for young people within the borough of Croydon and started creating strategies to improve their lives and channel their hurt.

We have since collaborated with councils, businesses and educational institutions across London to be able to provide talks and a variety of workshops, professional work experience opportunities, insight days and financial grants to help support young people towards leading a more positive lifestyle.
