Our programmes aim to equip young people with the necessary skills and opportunities they need in order to navigate in the real world. We offer a selection of programmes from Public speaking, financial education, Enterprise, Media, Fashion & more. Whatever your interest or if you’re not completely sure on what you want to do. Rail Engineering and Track Maintenance

Start your rewarding career in the rail industry with our comprehensive Rail Engineering & Track Maintenance programme. This intensive training starts with a 6-week Level 2 Course in Rail Engineering & Track Maintenance, designed to provide you with the essential skills and knowledge required for the rail sector. Following the course, a 2-week work experience placement offers practical, hands-on experience in a real-world setting. Participants will complete the programme fully qualified and ready to enter the workforce.

Our Mentor Network is an ongoing programme to connect students and young people with professionals and entrepeneurs to help them on their journies through education and employment.

If you are aged 16 to 25 and you live in the borough of Croydon, please don't miss this amazing opportunity to get one-on-one advice and guidance from a skilled mentor. Our mentors have volunteered their time to help and are looking forward to meeting you - please contact us to sign up for our programme today.
