The Diversity Festival hosted by Microsoft.

Today, Microsoft hosted The Diversity Festival, it consisted of 100 young people in the room and 995 online via the teams broadcast across the UK.

Mimi Bojuwon spoke to over 250 young females between the ages of 16 - 18 at Sydenham college.

The young people from a BAME background to:

1. Work on a tech challenge and come up with a solution in the form of an app

2. Expose young people from a BAME background to the opportunities available to them.

SHELL

As a result the an opportunity to come have a conversation about working for Shell arises from the event.
